After 20+ years in the banking and finance fields, Cindy joined Keller Williams Realty in 2014 as the Market Center Administrator of the Los Gatos Bay Area Estates office. Since then the office has had tremendous success with agent growth and retention. Since Cindy's arrival, the agent team as more than doubled in size to 150+ agents and she continues to maintain a high level of success with a positive impact on the team. She is responsible for Finance, Operations, and Agent Retention. KW Bay Area Estates finished 2015 with $800M in sales volume and poised to surpass 1 Billion in 2016. Cindy is the recipient of Northern California & Hawaii Region’s 2015 Award for Net Recruiting Excellence, and the 2015 Keller Williams International Triple Gold Award for performance as a Market Center Administrator. Cindy is a dedicated team player always keeping the team in mind while maintaining a high level of responsibilities and work load in support of the agents. She continues to streamline processes and improve effectiveness thus keeping costs down. Cindy believes the success of the team comes down to individual contribution and dedication to the business goals and objectives. Cindy was born in San Francisco and raised in Campbell, CA. She attended University of Phoenix and San Jose State University graduating with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management. Cindy currently resides in Campbell with her husband, Richard and 2 boys, Jonathan and Michael.
